General conditions GC

1. Scope of application

The General Conditions GC apply to all forest coaching offers carried out by Waldstudio GmbH.

It includes the following offers:

• Tailor-made offers for individuals or groups
• Forest dialog in teams
• Reflection and inspiration in groups (5-10 participants)
• Offers in cooperation

The coaching sessions take place in the forest in all weather conditions (except storms). We use forest roads, forest paths and hiking trails.

 

2. Registration and confirmation of registration

Registration is done electronically by email (karin.hilfiker|at|waldcoaching|ch) or via the contact form, indicating the event. After confirmation of your registration, your registration is binding. For offers based on the approach "conscious forest dialogue", as well as for tailor-made offers, forest dialogues in teams and offers in cooperation you will receive electronic documents before the event to familiarise yourself with the topic.

 

3. Payment

The price is in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding value added tax (VAT, CHE-473.340.563 MWST) and will be issued after the event, unless other agreements are mad or indicated in the inscription documents. The amount needs to be transferred within 30 days after issuing the invoice to the business account:

4. Deregistration and cancellation

4.1. Deregistration

If you are unable to attend the agreed appointment, following due dates are valid for your deregistration

• Tailor-made offer as well as forest dialogue in teams: 3 days prior to the event
• Reflection and inspiration: 1 day prior to the event
• Offers in cooperation: upon agreement of the corresponding cooperation offer

If you must withdraw for health reasons (including your immediate family and team), you do not receive an invoice. In all other cases (no-shows, scheduling conflicts) you receive an invoice with the corresponding amount.

4.3. Cancellation by Waldstudio GmbH

If the coaching cannot take place due to weather conditions (storm warning), you will be informed in writing by e-mail one day before the event. An alternative date will be agreed with all participants within 6 months.

 

5. Insurance

Waldstudio GmbH does not include insurance cover for you as a participant in any forest coaching activities. You are responsible for insuring yourself against accidents.

 

6. Data protection

The provisions according to the data protection policy apply.

 

7. Applicable law

The provisions of Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
