1. Scope of application
The General Conditions GC apply to all forest coaching offers carried out by Waldstudio GmbH.
It includes the following offers:
The coaching sessions take place in the forest in all weather conditions (except storms). We use forest roads, forest paths and hiking trails.
2. Registration and confirmation of registration
Registration is done electronically by email (karin.hilfiker|at|waldcoaching|ch) or via the contact form, indicating the module (e.g. R2023-1) for topic-based afternoons or the offer number for tailor-made offers. After confirmation of your registration, your registration is binding. For offers based on the approach "conscious forest dialogue", you will receive electronic documents before the event to familiarise yourself with the topic.
3. Payment
The price is in Swiss francs (CHF) including value added tax (VAT, CHE-473.340.563 MWST). The amount is to be transferred to the business account within 30 days of the invoice being issued:

4. Deregistration and cancellation
4.1. Tailor-made offers
If you are unable to attend the agreed appointment, a new date will be mutually agreed.
4.2. Topic-based afternoons
If you must withdraw for health reasons (including your immediate family and team), you have the right to attend another module within one year. In all other cases (no-shows, scheduling conflicts) there is no right to a refund.
4.3. Cancellation by Waldstudio GmbH
If the coaching cannot take place due to weather conditions (storm warning), you will be informed in writing by e-mail one day before the event. An alternative date will be agreed with all participants within 6 months. The amount will therefore not be refunded to you.
5. Insurance
Waldstudio GmbH does not include insurance cover for you as a participant in any forest coaching activities. You are responsible for insuring yourself against accidents.
6. Data protection
The provisions according to the data protection policy apply.
7. Applicable law
The provisions of Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
